Open Streets at Braddock Park

Hudson County was graded ‘F’ for air quality as recent as 2019. We believe piloting a weekend program on Braddock Park for allowing non-motorized vehicles only, would alleviate pollution in the park and give much needed space to the people. There’s also a safety issue with cars speeding through the park as a shortcut.

Central Park once had its roads open to cars but now the City of New York can’t imagine returning to that. Let’s make Braddock Park a pleasant place to enjoy the outdoors even more.
