Complete Streets

In 2012, the Hudson County Board of Commissioners passed a resolution for Complete Streets Policy. As the resolution says:

a Complete Street is defined as a means to provide safe and convenient access for all users, including pedestrians, bicyclists, persons with disabilities, motorists, movers of commercial goods and public transit users by designing and operating a comprehensive, integrated, connected multi-modal network of transportation options;

We believe passing a Complete and Green Streets For All resolution, as suggested by the New Jersey Department of Transportation, for the town of North Bergen would move things forward and quicker in making our streets safer and sustainable for everyone.
